Workshops

Workshops are an opportunity to explore a particular theme or aspect of yoga in more depth than during a weekly class. 

One-to-One Yoga

One-to-one yoga sessions offer the opportunity to uniquely tailor the session to you.

Weekly yoga classes, giving you the opportunity to connect, explore movement, find balance, breathe and find some stillness and space.

Slow Flow

A flow class working through a series of both seated and standing postures all interlinked to create a flowing sequence linking mind, body and breath. 

Thursday 10-11am

Evolve Yoga, Crofton

Gentle Yoga

A flow class set a gentle pace, working through seated and standing postures, with a focus on improving mobility and balance.

£8 drop in

£35 for 5 classes (to be used within 10 weeks)

5 Classes can be used at either Thursby or Crofton, they don't have to be used consecutively or at the same venue each week.

Beginners Yoga Workshop

Have you ever wanted to join a yoga class but you're unsure of what to expect? This beginners workshop will guide you through the basics of a yoga class and introduce you to the benefits yoga can have for both body and mind.

We will explore seated and standing poses and discover how you can adapt them to work for your body. There will be plenty of time to ask questions as we go along. The workshop will end with some simple breathing techniques and a guided relaxation to completely relax and restore.

Whether you would like to move with a little more ease or simply need some time just for you, a yoga practice can have many benefits for both body and mind.

One-to-One Yoga

 

One-to-One sessions are uniquely tailored to your requirements. Whether you have something specific you would like to work on, or maybe group classes just don't fit your timetable one-to-one sessions are a great way to tailor the session to you as an individual and attend at a time which suits you.

Private small group sessions are also available. If you have a group of friends, family or colleagues who would like to try yoga. Get in touch for more details and availability.
